BNY Mellon Wealth Management Adds To Portfolio Team In Boston

BNY Mellon Wealth Management has added three more senior portfolio managers to its Boston regional office. Terry Sylvester Charron, Dan Fasciano and Troy Newman are senior portfolio managers. Charron and Newman will report to Michael Corcoran, senior portfolio manager, and Fasciano will report to Ed Langley, who also is a senior portfolio manager. Charron is a 20-year veteran of the financial services business, and previously served as director of alternative investments for Mellon Private Wealth Management. In that role she worked on both strategic asset allocation and products and oversaw the company’s hedge fund group. Newman has 19 years of experience in the financial services industry and most recently was an investment specialist for Strategic Financial Partners where he managed the investment department and controlled strategic asset allocation for over $750 million in client portfolios. Before that he held management positions with Kessler Financial Services, Blackstone Capital Management, and Thomson Financial. Fasciano was most recently director of Florida’s State Treasury and responsible for all investment activities on behalf of the state’s $15 billion portfolio. From 2002 to 2008, he was Head of US Fixed Income for Aviva Investors.
